Ningbo Songrock Technology Co.,Ltd., founded in December 2020, is located in Yuyao, Zhejiang, a city of plastic in China. Mr. Zhu Lishong, the founder, has been working in the sprayer industry since 2010 and has rich experience in the field of products, molds and equipments. The Foreign Trade Department of the company was established in 2014, which has achieved in-depth cooperation with a number of global famous brands, and products are exported to more than 140 countries around the world.
Songrock factory covers an area of 28,000㎡. There are 3 main building, including Yuyao Songmile Plastic Industry Co., Ltd, Songshang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd, Jingchuan Plastic Industry Co., Ltd and other workshop. The factory has 60 sets of injection moulding machines, more than 80 sets of automatic assembly machines, and more than 120 production and technical employees. It also has advanced and professional technical equipments, including research and development of products, mold design, steel manufacturing, automatic injection moulding, automatic assembly and high-precision inspection. We mainly produce accessories for daily using such as plastic trigger sprayers, lotion pumps, mist sprays, cream pumps, foam pumps, caps, and other personal care packaging products such as plastic bottles, airless bottles, essential oil bottles, glass bottles, and skin care sets.
Not only product R&D and sales, we also have mould design and intelligent equipment production capacity. Quick machine assembly speed, high-precision inspection, stable operation, low noise, simplified processes, simple and easy usages are all our machine advantage. From design. production to assembly, we provide customers with one-stop packaging solutions. We also stringently enforced ISO9001 quality system and have many international certificates like BSCI, SGS, BV, CE, REACH, etc., which are highly praised and trusted by our customers!
Our Foreign Trade Department is situated near Ningbo Passenger Bus Centre, with convenient transportation and complete facilities. Area of our office is about 1500㎡ and number of staffs are nearly 50. Our company is well organized by clear departments and our team is young, passionate and innovative.
