SR-TSM-04 Handle 5-piece Assembly Machine
Description
Parts automatically assembled by the machine: Trigger,Spring,Piston Rod,Locating Base,Handle
Here's a simplified look at its operation:
- Trigger Body Preparation and Lubrication: The trigger body is fed, the turntable rotates, and lubricating oil is added to the gun body
- Core pump assembly installation: The spring and piston rod are sent to the assembly line and tested separately. The qualified ones are pressed into the lubricated gun body to form the core pump body unit.
- Handle Installation and Testing: Send the handle to the workstation and push it into the preset slot of the gun body to perform a reciprocating motion test on the installed trigger.
- Defective product detection: The machine detects whether the product is installed. Qualified products will be placed in the qualified box, and unqualified products will be placed in the defective box.
- If everything looks right, the machine keeps running as usual.
- If a problem is detected, the machine alerts us immediately and automatically adjusts itself to keep production flowing smoothly and efficiently.
